Your Oz Lotteries account shows two balances: Winnings, which are prizes you've won, and Deposited, which is money you've added to buy tickets. You can withdraw your winnings once you've verified your account. Deposited funds can't be withdrawn, but you can contact Customer Support to request a refund.
Where can I see my winnings and deposited funds?
In My Account on the website, you'll see your Total available balance, with your Winnings and Deposited balances shown separately. In the app, the same balances appear at the top of the My Account tab.
What are deposited funds?
Deposited funds are money you add to your Oz Lotteries account to buy tickets. They appear as your Deposited balance.
Can I get my deposited funds back?
If you deposited funds by accident, you can request a refund by contacting Customer Support. Deposited funds can't be withdrawn from your account yourself.
If you deposited using BPAY or direct deposit, contact your bank or financial institution to request a deposit reversal.

What are winnings?
Winnings, also called prize funds, are prizes you've won. They're paid directly into your Oz Lotteries account and appear as your Winnings balance. Learn when prizes are paid in When will I receive my winnings?
How do I withdraw my winnings?
