How will I know if I've won?
Official draw results are updated the morning after the draw, and we email each entered customer individually. We rely on The Lott to send us official scoring information before we can send results emails or deposit prizes, for draws with larger jackpots, this may take longer than usual.
When are Division 2 prizes or lower paid?
Prizes of Division 2 or lower appear in your Oz Lotteries account as soon as the draw is complete, except Set for Life Division 2, which is paid directly to your bank account in monthly installments of $5,000 instead.
If you request a withdrawal on any other Division 2 or lower prize, it's processed within 1 business day, as long as your account is verified.
When are Jackpot and Division 1 (1st Prize) winnings paid?
Jackpot and Division 1 (1st Prize) winnings, including Lucky Lotteries, are paid into your Oz Lotteries account 21 days after the draw date.
If you're in Victoria or Tasmania, these prizes are instead paid to you directly by The Lott. We will assist you in completing a prize claim form.
How long does a withdrawal take once requested?
Once you request a withdrawal, funds are normally released immediately, but processing time depends on your financial institution and can take 3-5 business days.
