Congratulations, you have won a prize! Whether it's a small or big win, all your prize funds are credited to your Oz Lotteries account.
You can then choose to keep part of your funds to purchase a ticket into the next draw or withdraw your prize funds by following these steps.
1. Login to your account. Navigate to the Withdraw Funds page.
2. Verify your ID if you haven't already.
Prior to withdrawing prize funds you will need to verify your ID, this should make your withdrawal process easier for next time. You can read more about how to verify your account here
3. Request a withdrawal of your prize funds.
Bank Withdrawal:
If you have not processed a withdrawal before, you may need to enter and confirm your bank details prior to withdrawing your prize funds. For more information on how to add and confirm your bank account click here. You will need the following information handy:
- BSB
- Account Number
Please note: For international customers, there is a minimum transfer amount of $100 AUD for most countries. If you are transferring funds to an international account you will need to supply a SWIFT code.
Paypal:
If you select a Paypal withdrawal, the amount requested will be transferred to the Paypal account that is linked to your Oz Lotteries account. If you have previously used Paypal to deposit funds, your Paypal account will be already linked. You can read more about using Paypal here
4. Submit and review your request
Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, you will see a page summarising your details with the following message:
Once we have processed your withdrawal request, you can verify that we have transferred the funds only when you see the following message:
You will also receive an email confirming your withdrawal has been processed. Following this message, please allow your usual bank processing time for the funds to appear in your account.
