How do I confirm my bank account?

In order to withdraw your prize funds from your Oz Lotteries account you must complete a 2 step confirmation process which ensures your bank account details have been entered correctly before the funds are released into your account.

1. Once you have logged into your Oz Lotteries account, navigate to the "Cards and Accounts". page.

Please note, you are also able to add a bank account within the "Withdraw Funds" section too. 

2. Under "My Bank Accounts" click "Add new bank account". If you have already added your bank account in the past and just need to confirm this bank account, skip to step 4.

3. Enter you bank account details into the required fields and press "Create bank account".

4. Now you have added your bank account you will need to confirm the account to ensure the details have been entered correctly. To start this process, click on "Confirm bank account".

5. Click on "Send 1c deposit code". This will send a 1c deposit to the bank account you have added to your Oz Lotteries account. This deposit should appear in your bank account immediately but can take up to 48hrs depending on your bank. 

6. Login to your personal bank account and open the 1c deposit transaction from Oz Lotteries. The transaction will contain a 6 digit code, once you have obtained this return here to enter the code and confirm your account.

7. Your bank account is now confirmed and you are able to withdraw your prize funds as you desire. You can find more information on how to withdraw your prize funds here.
