If you wish to close your Oz Lotteries account and have an account balance you will need to ensure your account is ID verified (Verification FAQs). This step needs to be completed prior to withdrawing prize funds, or requesting a refund of deposited funds.
What is the difference between prize funds and deposited funds
To withdraw any prize funds, you will need to follow the steps outlined here.
If your account is verified, and you wish to request a refund of deposited funds, please email us at support@ozlotteries.com with the following information to complete the request:
- Email address
- Date of Birth
- Postcode
Please note deposited funds will be returned via Bank Transfer.
