How do I reset my password?

There are three ways to reset your Oz Lotteries password:

1. Email

• You can request a password reset link to be sent to your email address.
• Click here and fill in your relevant information.
• You will then receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. 

• In the email that you receive, select "click here" and you will be taken to the password reset page.

• Enter your new password in twice and then click "Change Password"

2. Phone

• If you would like our support staff to help reset your password, you can give us a call:

  • International: +61 2 8412 8151
• For security reasons, our support staff will need the following information from you:
  • Your registered email address with Oz Lotteries;
  • Your date of birth;
  • Your registered postal address.

3. Live Chat

• You can also contact our support staff via our live chat.
• Live chats can be initiated from the 'chat' button displayed on the bottom-right corner of your webpage:
