Spend Limits are a tool to help you gamble responsibly. Using this tool, you can set up a limit to control how much you spend each day, week or month.
New spend limits take effect immediately. Any changes or deletion requests of existing spend limits will take a full 7 days to reflect the new amount.
Please note: Spend limits are based off the last 7 days of activity. If you attempt to purchase an amount that exceeds your remaining spend limit the system will prevent you from checking out or buying tickets.
To set your Spend Limits, click on My Account > My Funds > Spend Limits > Set Spend Limits
On the app, just tap on My Account > Spend Limits > Set Spend Limits
Once you've set your Spend Limits, you can choose to Edit or Delete it.
For South Australian Customers
The South Australian Government has Responsible Gaming features that are required for South Australian residents using Oz Lotteries.
The Global Spend Limit feature sets a weekly amount for you to spend in any one week period. For South Australian customer's, the maximum weekly spend limit is $1,000.
You will be reminded of this amount if you reach it, whether it is the system limit or your own set limit.
To view or change your spend limit please visit the Spend Limits section located in My Funds. To view or change your deposit limit please visit Deposit Limits section located in My Funds
Please note: Any change to an existing spend and/or deposit limit will take a 7 day period to reset from the most recent update. If it is the first time selecting your spend or deposit limit it will take effect immediately.
For South Australian residents your deposit limit preference must be confirmed every 23 months.
