Requesting a refund
If you have accidentally deposited funds or require the funds deposited to your Oz Lotteries account returned, you can request a refund by contacting our Customer Support team. Refunds of BPAY transactions or direct deposits require you to contact your bank to initiate the retrieval request for these funds.
Deposited funds are unable to be withdrawn by customers. For information about the difference between deposited funds and prize funds click here.
Refunds will be processed by us within 1 business day of receiving your request, however the total processing time varies depending on your financial institution.
