There are four payment options that you have available to you to purchase a ticket.
1. Credit Card - Instant
Immediate payment and requires nothing more than having access to and permission to use a credit or debit card. This is the simplest and fastest option that you can use. You can view, add or remove cards here.
2. PayPal - Instant (Australian customers)
This method requires you to have a PayPal account and funds in your PayPal account.
You will then be prompted to sign into your PayPal account.
**Please note if you use a Mastercard linked to your PayPal account you will be prompted for your CVC once logged in to your PayPal account.
3. Direct Deposit - 3-5 business days
This can be done by manually depositing funds into your account allowing you to purchase tickets up to the amount that you have deposited. The details can be found in the below picture. Please make sure you put the reference shown on your deposit information as this is individual and is used to identify the account the funds go into this can be found here.
4. BPAY - 1-3 business days (Australian customers)
Just like a Direct Deposit, BPAY is done through your bank. This is generally done via internet banking and the details can be found below and you need to include the reference number here, as it is individual to each account.
Should you attempt to purchase or deposit using a credit card, either manually or through PayPal, your bank can charge a cash advance fee as online gambling constitutes a cash withdrawal. If you would like to purchase tickets but avoid a cash advance fee, you can use a debit card in the checkout process or deposit funds via debit card, direct deposit or BPAY payment.
