Official draw results are usually provided to you within 24 hours of the draw taking place. Any prizes won will be displayed in your account on the day following the relevant draw.
Following the draw, we rely on official scoring information to be sent to us by the Lottery Provider before any results emails can be sent or prizes deposited to our customer's accounts. For draws with larger jackpots, this may take longer than usual - we thank you for your patience in these circumstances.
We endeavor to have your prizes deposited into your Oz Lotteries account as soon as possible and within 1 business day following the draw.
Funds will be available for withdrawal/payment or use for further purchases as follows:
- Division 1 prizes will be paid to you within 24 days after the draw date.
- Division 2 prizes will be paid to you within 8 days after the draw date.
- Minor division prizes will be available for withdrawal from your account on the day following the draw.
Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will process it within 24 hours. Once this has been done, it is up to your banks' processing times as to when they will allow the funds to be available to you.
