Official draw results are updated the morning after the draw and a personalised email is sent to each customer who has entered. However, we rely on the official scoring information to be sent to us by the Lottery Provider before any results emails can be sent or prizes deposited to our customer's accounts.
For draws with larger jackpots, this may take longer than usual - we thank you for your patience in these circumstances.
Funds will be available for withdrawal/payment or use for further purchases as follows:
- Jackpot, Division 1 and Lucky Lotteries 1st prizes for all draws will be paid to your Oz Lotteries account 21 days after the draw date for all states apart form VIC and TAS who will be paid directly by Tabcorp (Lottery Provider)
- All prizes of Division 2 or lower will show in your account following the draw completion. If you request to withdraw funds, this will be processed for you within 1 business day and providing verification has been completed on the account.
- Lucky Lottery Division 1 are paid directly to your Oz Lotteries account which is usually 14-21 days following the draw.
- Jackpot and Division 1 prizes will be paid into your Oz Lotteries account 21 days after the draw date.
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will process it within 24 hours where our accounts team ensures that the bank details provided are correct, and that your identification has been successfully verified. Once this has been done, processing times depend on the financial institution as to when they allow the funds to become available to your bank account. This usually takes 3 - 5 business days.
