Why do I need to confirm my bank account details?
You are required to complete a 2 step confirmation process in order for prize funds to be released from your Oz Lotteries account into your bank account. This is to ensure your bank account details have been entered correctly and the funds are deposited into the correct account.

I have requested my 1c deposit code but can't find the transaction in my bank account, where has it gone?
The 1c deposit should appear in your bank account immediately but can take up to 48hrs depending on your bank. If you haven't received the code into your chosen bank account within 48hrs please ensure you have entered the bank details correctly in you Oz Lotteries account.
Are my bank account details secure with Oz Lotteries?

How do I know when my bank account has been confirmed?
Once you have successfully entered your 6 digit confirmation code your bank account should appear as "confirmed" within the "Cards and Accounts" page of your Oz Lotteries account.
What is the difference between "verifying" my account and "confirming" my account?

Additionally, in order to withdraw prize funds from your Oz Lotteries account you are required to complete a 2 step confirmation process which ensures your bank account details have been entered correctly before the funds are released into your account.
My bank account in the "Cards and Accounts" page is saying "pending confirmation", what does this mean?
If you have added your bank account details to your Oz Lotteries account but have not yet confirmed these bank account details are correct, the account will display as "pending confirmation". To confirm your bank account details please navigate to step 4 of the bank account confirmation process outlined here.
My bank account in the "Cards and Accounts" page is saying "Failed confirmation", how can I successfully confirm the account?
Your bank account could be displaying "failed confirmation" if you have entered the 6 digit confirmation code incorrectly too many times. If you attempt to remove this account and then re-add the same account exactly it will be rejected. If you have an alternate bank account, proceed to add these details and follow the account confirmation process.
