The sale of charity games to Western Australian residents will still be available via the Oz Lotteries website.
Do I have to open an account with Lotterywest?
If you wish to continue purchasing commercial Lottery tickets online as a resident of Western Australia you will be required to transfer your account to Oz.Lotterywest.com. You can read more about transferring your account here.
What will happen to my Oz Lotteries account if I do not wish to transfer?
Your Oz Lotteries account will remain active and you will retain full visibility of your account history, the ability to withdraw funds and see your favourite tickets. You can continue purchasing charity tickets via your Oz Lotteries account.
Will I still be able to see my ticket history?
Yes, you will still be able to see your full purchase history under Transaction Details in your account.
What will happen to my Autoplay tickets?
Your Autoplay tickets will be cancelled and no further tickets will be purchased until you transfer your account and create a new Autoplay on Oz.Lotterywest.com.
How do I close my account?
If you no longer wish to have an Oz Lotteries account please contact our Customer Support team on 1300 188 911 or support@ozlotteries.com.
How do I withdraw my prizes?
To withdraw your prize funds log into your account and navigate to the Withdraw Funds page. You can find more information on how to withdraw prize funds here.
