Why can't I party with someone interstate?
Due to recent regulation changes in Victoria and Tasmania, customers from these states are now only able to play with other customers together in their states.
What about Syndicates?
Our regular Syndicates are also affected in the same way.

What happens if the Syndicate isn't filled?
Should your Syndicate not sell out with only Victorian or Tasmanian customers, unfortunately the ticket will not be purchased. You will be contacted via email should this happen.
What happens if I move before claiming a prize?
Your prize funds will still be available in your Oz Lotteries account, to use at your discretion.
Does this effect Division 1 winners?
The process has been altered and may take a little bit longer than it used to. This is to ensure that more measures are being taken to prevent a winning ticket being missed.
