How do I buy a lotto ticket on Oz Lotteries?

Do I need an account to buy a lotto ticket?

Yes. You need an Oz Lotteries account to buy tickets. You can create one before you start, or during checkout at the Login / Register step. Learn how in How do I set up an account?

Oz Lotteries isn't available in some countries and territories. Check Restricted Countries before you sign up.

What are the steps to buy a lotto ticket on the website?

1. On the Oz Lotteries homepage, select the tile for the game you want to play.
2. Select the type of game from the tabs at the top.

3. Choose how many lines you want to play using the drop-down menu on the first line.

   

4. Choose QuickPick to have your numbers chosen randomly, or select your own numbers on the right.

   

5. Choose any options you want, such as AutoPlay (see the next question), then add your ticket to your cart.
6. Check out. Checkout has three steps: Review Cart, Login / Register and Payment.

What options can I add to my lotto ticket before I buy it?

Before you add your ticket to your cart, you can turn on AutoPlay, add your numbers to Favourites, or choose a set number of draws. These options are off by default, and you can't turn them on after you've bought your ticket.

In your cart, you can also:

• turn AutoPlay on or off
• choose the minimum jackpot size you want to be automatically entered into
• add a charity ticket to your purchase

How do I pay for my lotto ticket?

At the Payment step of checkout, you can pay with funds already in your Oz Lotteries account, a credit or debit card, PayPal (Australia only), Apple Pay (iOS app only) or Google Pay (website and Android app).

You can see your tickets for upcoming draws on your Upcoming Tickets page.

How will I know if I've won?
