At Oz Lotteries in order to offer you unrestricted account access, we need to confirm that you are over the age of 18 and you reside in a State where we are authorised to sell lottery products. Various State and Territory governments have different legislation which we are required to comply with to be able to sell you Lottery Products. South Australia, Northern Territory & International
If you reside in South Australia, Northern Territory or Internationally you will be required to complete ID Verification within 45 days of registering an account. We will prompt you during this period to complete the verification process. Your account will only have restricted access before it is verified. If after 45 days you have not completed the verification process, your account will be suspended.
Victoria & Tasmania
If you live in Victoria or Tasmania, you will be required to verify your account within 14 days of registering. All accounts are required to verify prior to purchasing an AutoPlay ticket, or withdrawing prize funds. You will also be required to verify your account if you wish to spend more than $1000 per week.
New South Wales
Our New South Wales and International customers will need to complete the ID process before you are able to withdraw your prize funds or when required due to spending. You will be able to deposit and purchase products, however, to withdraw funds from your account you will need to confirm your identity.
