Can I cancel a ticket?
Yes but only before the first daily draw has been conducted for that ticket.
If you have purchased a ticket that consists of multiple weeks, you can cancel before the first daily draw or we can cancel the remaining weeks, excluding any weeks that have had drawn entries.
Example 1: If you purchased a ticket for 1 week then you can only cancel before the first day is drawn.
Example 2: If you purchased a 5 multi-week ticket and you played 2 weeks worth of draws then we can cancel the remaining 3 weeks worth.
If your ticket has not been entered in any draws and you would like to cancel this, you can contact our support staff via email, chat or phone.
Can I play the same game or ticket in advanced draws?
Currently the maximum advanced draws is 70 daily draws (10 weeks).
Can I play just 1 game?
No, unfortunately the minimum entry is 2 games.
Is my ticket only played in one draw?
No, each ticket is played over at least 7 daily consecutive draws.
Do people actually win this lottery?
Yes, the first Set for Life division 1 prize was won just 3 draws after it was introduced, on 9th August 2015. That lucky customer has since received 95 payments of $20,000 and has another whopping 145 payments to go!
