Exciting updates are coming to the Set For Life game. Subject to regulatory approval, the first draw with these updates will be on Monday 14 September 2026 (Draw 4057). Tickets will be available to purchase in advance from the morning of Tuesday 8 September.
The Division 1 first payment will grow from $20,000 to $220,000* (followed by the ongoing $20,000 a month for 20 years). The Division 2 first payment will grow from $5,000 to an upfront $25,000* (followed by the ongoing $5,000 a month for one year). Divisions 3 through 8 will also see boosted prize amounts, creating more value for winners.
To support these enhancements, the cost per game will increase by less than 13c. This incorporates the lottery provider’s 10c base increase alongside a 2.6c adjustment to our premium.
Can multiple-week entries still be purchased?
From Monday 6 July to 7 September 2026 (inclusive), some of your usual multiple-week ticket options will be unavailable. You will still be able to buy standard tickets in advance for any individual upcoming draws that remain open. All other games will also remain available to play.
Can favourite numbers be kept?
Yes! There will be no changes made to the way the game is played, saved numbers, or the odds of winning across any prize division.
What happens to an active AutoPlay entry?
Any active AutoPlay will not change, but entries will not be processed from September 8-13 while the system is updated to support the changes. Processing will then automatically resume as normal beginning with Draw 4057 on Monday 14 September 2026 at the new price and prize offering. You retain full control to manage your subscription through your account settings throughout this period.
If a player’s multiple-week ticket runs into the game change period, what happens to the entries for those draws?
The system shortens the availability of consecutive multiple-week entry choices week-by-week leading up to the 7 September 2026 changeover period. Players wishing to purchase entries into Draws 4051 - 4056 (drawn September 7-13) will need to purchase a standard entry (i.e. not a multiple-week entry) before entries close on Monday 7 September 2026 at 8:55pm AEST.
If a player’s Autoplay is paused, will it be affected when the system rolls over on 14 September?
If an AutoPlay subscription is manually paused by a player, it will remain in its paused status during and after the system updates. Autoplays that are then un-paused after the updates take affect will re-commence at the new price and prize offering. The player is always in control of their paused Autoplay and explicit consent is required from you for activation.
