How can I verify using the app?

The steps to verify your account through our mobile app are as follows;

1. Open the Oz Lotteries app, and click on the Account button.

2. Scroll down to 'Verify ID' under 'My Details'.

3. Check your details are correct, then click on 'Start >' to begin.

4. Have your document ready, and click 'Upload your ID'.

Note: If the first document uploaded contains your residential address, you can skip the '2. Proof of residence' step by clicking the following:

5. Read and check the declaration. Click 'Submit' to confirm your submission.
