When you disconnect Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, that sign-in method is removed from your Oz Lotteries account on all platforms: the website, the iOS app and the Android app.
How do I log in after disconnecting Google or Apple?
After you disconnect Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, log in with your email address and password.
If you created your Oz Lotteries account with Google or Apple, you may never have set a password. In that case, reset your password before you log in. Learn how in How do I change my password?
Where is the Disconnect button on the website and app?
On the website
- Log in to your Oz Lotteries account.
- Go to Login and Security in My Settings.
- Under Social Accounts, select Disconnect next to Google or Apple.
- Confirm when prompted.
On the app
- Open the Oz Lotteries app and tap the My Account tab. If you're not logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to log in.
- Scroll down to Login Settings.
- Tap Disconnect next to Apple ID or Google.
- A confirmation pop-up will tell you that your account is no longer connected.
The Android app supports Sign in with Google only, so Apple ID doesn't appear in Login Settings on Android.
