What is the change and when will it occur?
OzLotteries.com is an accredited reseller for Tabcorp meaning we can only sell products in jurisdictions where permitted to do so, due to changes with our agreement with Tabcorp we will no longer be permitted to sell Lottery tickets to WA customers after the 21st of December 2020.
We have signed an agreement with Lotterywest to host a software platform and services for an initial term of 3 years. This will allow us to continue selling lottery tickets to WA customers via an exciting new website and app, which will be available in December 2020.
Will I still be able to purchase Charity Tickets?
Charity tickets are not Lotterywest products and therefore will not be available on the new platform. Due to Oz Lotteries timing and technical constraints, the sale of charity games to Western Australian residents via the Oz Lotteries website will be temporarily interrupted. However, you can still purchase these directly with your favourite charities and we are working on a solution to offer charity tickets to Western Australian customers again in the future. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
Will Oz Lotteries still operate in WA?
We are busy creating you a new website with Lotterywest to allow you to continue to play your favourite lottery games online. However we will no longer be permitted to sell Lottery or Charity tickets to WA customers directly from our ozlotteries.com website
Do I have to open an account with Lotterywest?
No, we can transition your Oz Lotteries account onto the new platform. We will send out instructions on how to do this in the coming weeks. Don't worry we will make the process easy and painless. In the meantime to make the transition easier please verify your account with us to ensure your account is ready to use on the new platform. Here is some more information on Account Verification.
What will happen to my Oz Lotteries account if I do not wish to migrate?
Your account will still stay active, you will be able to review your account history, withdraw funds or see your favourite tickets, however autoplay tickets will be cancelled
Will I still be able to see my ticket history?
Yes, you will still be able to see your full purchase history under My Account > Transaction Details: https://www.ozlotteries.com/my-account/transactions in your online account.
Can I still see my favourite tickets?
Yes, you will be able to view these tickets, however, you will no longer be able to purchase your favourite tickets on ozlotteries.com after 21st December 2020. You can continue to play your favourite tickets on the new website and app once you have transitioned your account. To view your past Favourite tickets log into your account and navigate to My Tickets: https://www.ozlotteries.com/my-account/favourite-tickets.
What will happen to my Autoplay tickets?
Your Autoplay tickets will continue to be purchased up to 21st December 2020, after this date your Autoplay will be cancelled and no further tickets will be purchased until you transition your account and create a new Autoplay.
How do I close my account? Remove my credit card details? What will happen to my account following the close of sales on 21st of December 2020?
If you wish to no longer have an ozlotteries.com account after 21st December 2020 please contact our Support team between Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 8:30pm AEDT on 1300 188 911 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be closing any accounts automatically.
How do I withdraw my prizes?
You can withdraw your prizes once your account is verified, log into your account and navigate to the Withdraw Funds page: https://www.ozlotteries.com/my-account/withdraw
How can I have my deposited funds returned?
