What is Daily Winners?

Daily Winners is an exclusive membership program created by Oz Lotteries to give customers more chances of winning. This loyalty program runs daily prize giveaways with an additional major giveaway each month!

Is Daily Winners free?

Daily Winners has two tiers, free and premium. The free membership option will provide you with a chance to win in the daily and major giveaways as well as limited access to rewards at our partner retailers. 

Premium members will gain full access to exclusive rewards on fuel, gift cards, and white goods. Our Premium members also receive 145+ additional chances to win each month in the Daily Winners' daily, special and major giveaways!

How do I know when I'm in the Daily Winners giveaway?

If you have opted into Daily Winners, you will be automatically entered into all daily giveaways. Premium members are automatically entered into the major giveaways, free members must unlock your entry for each major giveaway.

Why am I locked out of the major Daily Winners giveaway?

Entry into the major giveaway is initially locked for Daily Winners on a free membership. To ensure you're entered into the giveaway, you must manually unlock your entry each month by clicking the 'Unlock Entry' button in the major giveaway section on the Daily Winners page. If you have trouble unlocking the giveaway contact customer support at 1300 188 911.

Remember that Premium members have the major giveaway automatically unlocked!

How do I join Daily Winners?

You can sign up here or opt in through your Oz Lotteries account. You will need to have made at least one deposit into your account in order to opt in for Daily Winners. 

Can I play Daily Winners?

This program is open to customers in QLD, NT, ACT, NSW, VIC & TAS. Due to regulations, we are currently unable to provide the Daily Winners program to customers residing in WA, SA and international players.

If I win Daily Winners, how will I be contacted?

Major giveaway winners of the Daily Winners program will be contacted directly by phone and email using the details provided when you created your Oz Lotteries account. Daily giveaway winners will be contacted via email, and funds will be deposited directly into your Oz Lotteries account.

When will you draw a winner after the giveaway closes?

The daily and major giveaways are drawn 1-2 business days after the giveaway closes and winners are published within 7 days of the draw date.

How do I cancel my Daily Winners subscription?

To cancel your Daily Winners subscription please contact our friendly support team at support@ozlotteries.com or on 1300 188 911.
