If you have registered with an incorrect name or a nickname on your Oz Lotteries account, we will need to see identification documents before we can update your details.
Please send your request through to email@example.com with a copy of your identification documents that shows your full name as well as your date of birth and address that match your registered details on the account. Your documents may include:
Proof of Age Card
National Identity Card
Should your form of identification not contain your current postal address, please include a document (bill, statement etc.), which shows your name and current postal address.
If you have registered under another person's name or details, we will need to see identification from you as well as the third party to confirm the all the information you've entered in the account.
Please note that your Oz Lotteries account is non-transferable. If you no longer require your Oz Lotteries account, you can request for an account closure.
