How does Super and Mega jackpot work?
Just like a raffle, each Lucky Lotteries Super and Mega Jackpot has a unique set of ticket numbers to be sold 200,000(Mega) and 270,000(Super). Once all available numbers are sold, the lottery has been fully subscribed and the draw for that particular lottery can take place.
What happens next?
So when all tickets are sold there will be 2 draws conducted for each game.
The 1st draw determines the guaranteed winning numbers, it can be either a cash prize or a free ticket.
The 2nd draw is to determine the Jackpot number, so for this particular draw you will have to have won a cash prize in the 1st draw as it has to match the Jackpot number to win. If your ticket matches the Jackpot number but is not drawn in the 1st draw then you will win a consolation prize.
Note: In the 2nd draw all the ticket numbers from the 1st draw will be re-drawn in the 2nd draw.
Summary: 1st draw win number + 2nd draw number matches = Jackpot prize.
If the Jackpot prize is not won then it will increase in the next draw.
