If you are unable to withdraw funds but you have a balance, this may be due to what funds are available. Customers can only withdraw prize funds, or your 'available funds'. If your balance is showing differently to your Available funds, this may be that your balance contains some prize funds, which you can withdraw, and deposited funds, which need to be refunded by a customer support officer.
