Your cart could be empty due to a number of reasons.
One reason that your cart could be empty is due to not having added a game to your cart yet by clicking the orange 'Add to Cart' button towards the bottom of the play page.
Another reason may be that you were logged out of your account while loading between different pages. This can be easily fixed by clicking on the 'Login' link at the top of the page or clicking 'My Account' and logging in through there.
If you have both added a ticket to your cart and double-checked that you are still logged in but are still not able to see items in your cart, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 1300 188 911 for assistance in remedying this issue.
