At Oz Lotteries in order to offer you unrestricted account access, we need to confirm that you are over the age of 18 and you reside in a State where we can legally offer you lottery products for purchase. Various State and Territory governments have different Codes and Act's which we are required to comply with to be able to sell you Lottery Products, these are:
All South Australian residents are required to complete ID Verification before you have an unrestricted account. Without ID verification you will not be able to purchase any Lottery Products.
If you reside in the Northern Territory you are required to complete the ID verification process within 45 days, we will prompt you during this period to complete the ID process. Your account will only have restricted access before it is verified. If after 45 days you have not completed the verification process, your account will be suspended.
Other Australian States & International
All other regions require you to complete the ID process before you are able to withdraw your prize funds or when required due to spending. You will be able to deposit and purchase products, however, to withdraw funds from your account you will need to confirm your identity.

What if I do not verify my account?
If you choose to not verify your identity we may not be able to offer you a full account experience. Legally we are required to comply with the various state and territories Gambling Codes of Practice and Acts, depending on which state you reside in it will impact you differently.
In South Australia and the Northern Territory, you will be required to verify your account before we can offer Lottery products to purchase online. Once you have completed the verification process your account will be unrestricted and you will be able to purchase Lottery products and withdrawal any prize winnings.
All other States and Territories are required to verify their account before you will be able to withdrawal your prize funds
To verify, we only require confirmation of your full name, date of birth and address - these do not need to be on only one document. Please note, if asked and you are unable to verify your identity, Oz Lotteries will block access to your account and any funds will be frozen and held in trust until such time the account holder can verify their identity.
